Last week, we headed to beautiful Colorado for the first time ever to shower 40 moms and moms-to-be with an adorable “Happy Little Camper” theme. We loved working with PepsiCo—for the fourth time—to create an amazing experience for the moms.
In addition to all the gifts included in our Showers in a Box, PepsiCo gave each mom a huge box filled with delicious PepsiCo food and drink products. Their pregnancy (and new mommy) cravings are sure to be satisfied for weeks!
The Moms
The 40 moms and moms-to-be at our PepsiCo-sponsored Colorado shower were a joy to celebrate. It’s truly amazing to watch these strong, beautiful women come together to laugh, talk about and share their experiences as military mothers.
We were honored to meet them and their families and friends—including a few of their happy little campers! Many of the moms had recently given birth or were preparing to bring a second or third little one into the world.
The Party
The amazing graphic design work of Paper & Cake brought the Happy Little Camper theme—perfect for our first Colorado shower—to life with sweet centerpieces, pretty prints and a delicious dessert table.
The dessert table wouldn’t have been a dessert table without…dessert! We had four amazing bakeries contribute their creations to the table: Astonishing Cakes, Firefly Confections, Anna Shea Chocolates and Copcake Cakery! And that cool sign? Created by Delovely Details!
As always, it was a huge honor to shower another group of military moms with our love and appreciation. And nothing makes us happier than to know that they feel our love.
“I honestly cannot express in words how blessed and overjoyed I am,” one recipient told us. “I have cried and thanked God for such an amazing outpouring of generosity from the organization, sponsors, and the men and women that were there today—and also the ones who weren’t—to make ‘our day’ such an amazing event.”
