Fallin’ in Love with Baby
They say you don’t know how much your heart can grow until you have a baby and then you realize just how quickly you’re Fallin’ in Love with Baby! We teamed with our friends at PepsiCo again for a day to treat more than 35 military moms from the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado area and made sure that it was a day they could truly swoon over! Our host for the day was local News 5 Today anchor Ira Cronin, who played host to the festivities of fallin’ in love with all of the precious little fingers and toes.
This was our first time working with Hey Girl Events who showcased creature comforts with their enchanted forest and critter themed graphics. Sweet bunnies, deer, bears, and other woodland creatures adorned the room in soft colors, complementing centerpieces featuring pastel eggs resting in soft mossy grass. Falling leaves made the room look whimsical, as moms were surely fallin’ in love with it all!
Fallin’ For Something Sweet
The dessert table carried the woodland theme with desserts by Astonishing Cakes resting on tree circles and decorated with greenery. A big thank you to Picnic Basket Catering for the scrumptious food and Events Rents Co for all their help in creating the perfect setting for our moms! We’re so appreciative of Janessa Valentine Photography for capturing the memories of the day.
We work hard to make sure that our moms get a thicket of supplies for their little ones! PepsiCo never disappoints and sent each mom home with an incredible gift box of goodies. Picaboo donated gift cards to help our moms in keeping memories of baby’s photos; Babies “R” Us and Toys “R” Us joined in to provide fun gifts and necessities. Cosco generously provided essentials to make sure our moms had convertible car seats, as well as, high chairs so that baby would always have a comfy place to rest.
