We are excited to announce we were featured on the Kelly Clarkson Show! LeAnn Morrissey, Founder and Chief Shower Officer, shared about Operation Shower and our mission on the May 3, 2023 episode.
Also featured on the segment was one of our former Operation Shower recipients, Kelly W. It is always so meaningful to hear about the impact of Operation Shower from the moms themselves, and this was no different! Kelly was one of our virtual shower moms during the pandemic and it was so touching to hear how that shower helped her feel less isolated and alone while she was pregnant and separated from her husband who was on duty elsewhere.
It was a wonderful, whirlwind experience and we are delighted we got to share the story of Operation Shower and the work that we do with a wider audience.
