On May 22, 2025, we were delighted to host a second shower with our new friends at Veterans United Foundation to honor 30 local military moms and moms-to-be in Overland Park, Kansas. Our emcee for this celebration was none other than the fun-loving KSHB-TV News Anchor Taylor Hemness. His humor and charm made each guest feel welcome and happy to be in the room.
Our “Birds of a Feather”-themed event also featured our signature “Showers In A Box” and gifts from companies and organizations, including the Veterans United Foundation, Diaper Genie, Stella and Dot, AngelCare, Skip Hop, and Chicco.
Elevating the guests’ experience, your Unforgettable, delighted attendees with their lively DJ and a 360 Video Photo Booth that our guests truly enjoyed.
Once again, Veterans United Home Loans Advisor Jason Vanderhaden and his wife, Amy, shared their experiences as a military family with ours! Their advice and stories touched not only our guests but also our team.
We hope to honor military families again next year with our new friends from the Veterans United Foundation!
