On September 28, we honored 35 amazing military moms-to-be at the “Sweetest Little Cutie” baby shower hosted by the Jim & Tabitha Furyk Foundation and PNC Bank! Held at the beautiful Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonville, FL, this event was the perfect wedge of joy as we gathered to celebrate these strong women, all expectant active-duty military members or the spouses and partners of deployed service members.
As part of the PGA TOUR Champions’ 2025 Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS presented by Circle K and the Jim & Tabitha Furyk Foundation’s 12 years of citrus-ly outstanding support for Operation Shower, this afternoon was a true treat. Co-hosts and emcees Chris Kalin, PNC North Florida Regional President, and Karen Feagins, VP of Client and Community Relations, ensured we squeezed every ounce of fun from this shower, including a lovely catered brunch, exciting games, and raffles with un-peel-ievable prizes!
The zest part of the celebration arrived when each mom opened Operation Shower’s signature “Shower In A Box”! Bursting with high-quality items and sweet surprises, these gift boxes were all donated by phenomenal partners like the Jim & Tabitha Furyk Foundation, Diaper Genie, Angelcare, Chicco, Diaper Bank of Northeast Florida, Dr. Brown’s, Natural Life, Nemours Children’s Health, The Alycat Series, and Underwood Jewelers.
“For more than a decade, Jim and I have seen first-hand the tremendous impact Operation Shower makes on military members and their families,” said Tabitha Furyk. “We are humbled to honor the sacrifices these men and women make in service to our country through this Operation Shower event and other military-focused initiatives at the Constellation Furyk and Friends presented by Circle K.”
