On February 3, we were inspired by the 35 incredible military moms and moms-to-be we met at our “Fly Away With Me” group baby shower at the Patriots’ Outpost in Scottsdale, AZ! Hosted thanks to the generosity of PRO EM National Event Services with support from M Culinary Concepts and WM, in partnership with the Thunderbirds Charities at the PGA TOUR’s WM Phoenix Open. We had the honor of celebrating the strength and bravery of these women—spouses or partners of deployed military members from local bases or active-duty service members themselves—as they prepare for their next journey with their families.
With 12News Arizona Midday Host Rachel Cole as our emcee and guest host, our spirits soared all afternoon! As part of the WM Phoenix Open for the 14th year, this event featured a delicious catered lunch, inspiring guest speakers, and exciting door prizes, adding a special touch to a day filled with laughter and pure joy.
Our favorite moment, as always, was when the moms unwrapped Operation Shower’s signature “Shower-In-A-Box”! These specially curated gift boxes, filled with essential items and fun luxuries for mom and baby, were donated by generous sponsors like WM, Kendra Scott, Liz Williams Collection, My Little Zone, Nuna Baby, Diaper Genie, Angelcare, and Bugaboo.
