Operation Shower and H-E-B brought joy to 30 military moms-to-be at a “Locally Grown”-themed group baby shower in Corpus Christi, Texas, on September 17, 2026. Presented as part of H-E-B’s company-wide Operation Appreciation program, the celebration marked the 21st Operation Shower event sponsored by H-E-B.
The event honored active-duty service members and the spouses and partners of deployed military members, offering an afternoon of connection, celebration, and thoughtful gifts. Moms enjoyed a catered lunch, traditional baby shower games and prizes, and Operation Shower’s signature Shower-In-A-Box, filled with essentials and special gifts for moms and babies.
A heartfelt thank-you to H-E-B and our generous gift donors, Diaper Genie, Angelcare, Delta Children, Dr. Brown’s, and Pierce Co. Their generosity helped make this celebration memorable and reminded these military families that they are appreciated, supported, and never alone.
Together, we’re growing a community rooted in kindness, gratitude, and JOY—one shower at a time!
A special thank you to these people and vendors who helped make this day extra special for the military families in attendance.
