Operation Shower and Milan Custom Homes in partnership with Ten23 Designs caught some serious waves on March 20th while hosting a “Surfs Up” baby shower for 26 local military families at the Valspar Championship. With help from Birdies for the Brave, Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Aspire Health Partners and the PGA TOUR Wives Association our new mamas enjoyed lunch, received gifts and played some totally awesome games while enjoying the view at the Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club.
Hosting the special day was Kourtney Marchino, fiancé of PGA TOUR player Adam Schenk and a member of the PGA TOUR Wives Association. “I am delighted to have an opportunity to help honor these amazing military moms-to-be for everything they do behind the scenes or on the front lines to proudly serve our country,” said Kourtney. “Their service and sacrifice are immeasurable and deserve to be recognized.”

Making sure that each and every family didn’t go home disappointed, our sweet friends with 4Moms, Skip Hop and Playtex Baby donated gifts that was surely on every mom’s registry. Thanks isn’t enough to our generous product donors who support Operation Shower and the families who attend our events.
