More than a wee bit of fun was had as we partnered with H-E-B to host an “O’Baby” theme shower for 33 Ft Hood area moms on St. Patrick’s Day!
We have always felt so lucky to be able to work with H-E-B as part of its company-wide Operation Appreciation program and were delighted to partner with the National Mounted Warrior Museum to host this event.
KWTX-TV News 10 Morning Anchor Ke’Sha Lopez served as the emcee and kept the fun going as we played games, ate a delicious lunch from True Texas BBQ and gifted moms gifts from companies including H-E-B, 4moms, Diaper Genie, Stella & Dot, Mud Pie and Delta Children.
“We are honored to partner with Operation Shower to express our immeasurable appreciation to these courageous military moms-to-be for their service and sacrifice on behalf of our country,” said H-E-B Public Affairs Manager Johnny Mojica. “Deployments take a toll on every member of the family, and we are delighted to help spread joy, love and gratitude to these women for everything they do to keep America safe and free.”
The green and gold event featured graphic designs from Tania Fischer Design and was full of surprises and tricks that would make any leprechaun proud. We had a wonderful day honoring and celebrating these moms in Texas and you can see all the fun we had here in our photo album with photos from Grey Faith Photography.
