Everything is bigger in Texas and this includes the generosity of our friends at H-E-B. Through their H-E-B Operation Appreciation Program H-E-B they honor the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces — men and women who are H-E-B Partners and customers, friends and family. We are fortunate to be one of the organizations they support and were thrilled to host a virtual shower together on November 20, 2020.
What started earlier in 2020 as an in-person shower in South Texas turned into our first virtual shower with H-E-B. And, while the pandemic had us shifting our plans, it never shifted our commitment to serve military families together. With our “Showered with Love” theme virtual baby shower, we were able to celebrate the newest arrivals of 30 Texas military moms and share a little bit of that H-E-B magic with them.
Moms were gifted with our signature Shower in a Box, and surprised during the event with gifts from
Carousel Designs, Hazen necklace, Noodle and Boo, 2 Red Hens, Pediped, and Basq Skincare. Delta Faucets also provided each mom with a Peerless Sidekick Showerhead – which fit the theme perfectly!
The surprises didn’t stop there though as each mom also won a $50 gift card from H-E-B!
We can’t wait to be together in person again with H-E-B but know that whatever we do together until then will continue to impact military families in tangible and meaningful ways!
